CA does not have a data-sharing policy and will not sell your personal data. As the sole Data Controller we process data under the lawful basis of legitimate interest that is, all data processing is undertaken by our Admin office only. We have stringent measures in place to ensure the privacy and security of all your personal data.
Everyone who has given a donation, registered for gift aid or receives our communications has the right to be informed, the right to access their data in order to have it rectified or erased, the right to object or be forgotten and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling which we do not engage in. Our website does not collect cookies. As a visitor to the site you remain anonymous unless you choose to provide us with personally identifiable information through the ‘Contact Us’ form or the ‘Donation’ form.
